We Help Youth in Crisis.

Free weekly support groups give youth a safe place to talk about challenges and find peer support. Separate support groups for teen boys, teen girls, and LGBTQ youth are led by an experienced staff member from The Bridge. No registration required—you’re always welcome.

The Real support group for youth ages 15 – 24

Do you want to be part of a community where you can build life skills, learn about resources available to you, and build self esteem? Check out The Real – a support group for teens and young adults offering both one-on-one mentoring and community support.

The Real meets every Monday and Thursday 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.

RESILIENT Support Group for crime victims ages 13-17.

You don’t have to handle it on your own! If you’re a young person who has been a victim of a crime, RESILIENT is for you. You’ll meet people who understand what you’re going through, and learn how to overcome trauma and turn it into strength.

RESILIENT meets every Wednesday from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.

So What If I Am?  Support group for LGBTQ youth ages 10-17.

For over 20 years we have offered this drop in group to kids ages 10-17.  Kids at any stage of coming out are welcome and will feel safe and comfortable.  You will find support for how to handle difficult situations from those that have experienced the same thing.

Work Ready Workshop 

Youth ages 15-21 can prepare for interviews and employment through this workshop. Get hands-on practice and advice that will help you join the workforce.
