Kate Eubank, Development Director
Kate joined The Bridge in January 2009 and is thrilled to be working with such a thoughtful, talented and committed group of supporters, staff and youth. Kate moved to Minnesota from Chicago, where she served as the Director of Development for another fantastic youth-serving organization. She holds a B.A. from Oberlin College, where she also spent the first two years of her career working with youth activists as the Multicultural Resource Center’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Coordinator.

Nancy Cusack, Clinical Director
Nancy has over 12 years of experience at The Bridge for Youth, serving previously as Family Counselor, Family Counseling Supervisor, and currently as Family Counseling/YEA Supervisor and Clinical Program Director. She holds a BA and masters degree, and is a licensed psychologist, with extensive experience in both supervision and working with clinically with youth and families in a crisis setting.

Todd Jeffers, Finance & Operations Director
Todd has over 11 years experience with The Bridge for Youth. He has cumulative accounting experience of over 20 years, 15 of which have been dedicated to non-profits including Heart of the Earth Charter School and American Indian OIC. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bemidji State University and has extensive skills in nonprofit finance and accounting.
