COOK
A part time position (20 to 25 hours per week), providing cooking and related support for youth in a shelter setting. Duties include: managing food inventory, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and city regulations, development and maintenance of menus, preparation of lunch and dinner, coordination of volunteer cooks, assistance with other duties as needed. Requires experience with nutrition, menu planning, meal preparation, and food service regulations, strong organizational skills; food manager license or eligible to obtain one; demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations; experience with youth preferred.
