Parents & Caregivers of LGBTQ Youth: Forum Scheduled for April 30, 2016

 The Bridge for Youth along with Saint Paul Public Schools, Minneapolis Public Schools, and St. Paul’s Public School Gender and Sexuality Diversity Parent Advisory Council (GSDPAC) will be hosting a team of experts to share best practices around issues facing LGBTQ youth today. The free event and forum will be held an Saturday April 30th from 9:30 – 3:00 p.m. at St Paul’s Central High School and is designed for parents, caregivers, parents, teachers, social workers and community members, you will learn how to support the LGBTQ teens.
Some topics include:
* Gender and Sexuality 101
* Advocating for your LGBTQ+ Child in School Setting
* Tips to be a Supportive Presence for your LGBTQ+ Youth
* Adolescent Years: Crushes, Dating, Sex and Love

    Hi! Just wondering if you have any plans in the near future to hold another Forum for parents and caregivers of LGBT youth similar to the one you held in April with St. Paul Public Schools? Thank you!
