The ysnmn.org shelter beds and services app service is for informational purposes only and is not meant to serve as medical or clinical advice or to replace consultation with your case manager.  The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.  Links to other websites may be listed in the app.  Such external sites contain information created, published, maintained, or otherwise posted by independent institutions or organizations.  YSN agencies, including The Bridge for Youth, do not endorse, approve, certify, or control these external sites and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, efficacy, or timeliness of information located at such sites.

YSN agencies are serious about protecting your privacy and information in our secure databases.  Our SMS provider, Twilio, uses secure messaging technologies.  However, you agree to submit information at your own risk.  We only collect the number or email you use to subscribe to alerts and any information you voluntarily provide to assist in returning results and information to you.  We will not sell or license to any third party any information we receive.  We will only share information to provide service to you, including follow up or referral messages, for internal auditing and review, and as aggregated, de-identified data.

The Bridge for Youth Teen Text Line

By using The Bridge for Youth text help line (“the text line”) you agree to the terms and privacy policy (“policy”) described below.  This policy governs your access and use of the text line.  You can contact The Bridge with questions about this policy at 612-377-8800.

If you don’t agree to these terms, you may not use the text line.  You can call The Bridge for Youth crisis call line 24/7 at 612-377-8800 to talk to someone or for  referrals.

The text line is for informational purposes only and is not meant to serve as medical or clinical advice or to replace consultation with your physician or mental health professional or case manager.  The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You agree to not hold The Bridge for Youth or any of its officers, employees or volunteers liable or responsible for information received through use of the service.

You may only use the tex tline for lawful purposes.  We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate this policy, if we determine we cannot reasonably support you through this service, or for any other reason at our discretion.
